首先放入物料，经过蒸汽发生器加热，使筒内的水保持高温状态，再由螺旋输送将鱿鱼不断向前推送，到达预定时间后，将鱿鱼输送至出料口，实现连续化生产，提高工作效率，经过两端冷却机对鱿鱼进行表面清洗和快速降温处理，既能保持鱿鱼口感，又能保证鱿鱼干净卫生，整个过程无需人工参与，自动化处理，为企业降低人工成本。
